The DreamStation Auto CPAP Machine with Heated Humidifier from Philips Respironics is designed to make sleep therapy simpler and more comfortable. At just 1.52 kg, it is smaller and lighter than the System One models, so it sits neatly on your bedside table and packs easily into the included travel bag.

Automatic pressure, adjusted through the night
The DreamStation Auto is an advanced APAP machine. It monitors your breathing for flow limitations and adjusts pressure through the night, so you receive the level of support you need as it changes. It tracks and responds to common OSA-related events, including hypopneas, flow limitation, respiratory effort related arousals, snores and leaks. It can also detect indicators such as clear airway apneas and periodic breathing, which may point to the need for specialised therapy.

Comfort features

• Opti-Start: begins therapy at 90% of the pressure reached in your previous session, to help address events early in the night. You can turn it off if you prefer.
• Flex comfort settings: C-Flex, C-Flex+, A-Flex and A-Flex Pressure Relief mirror your natural breathing, responding breath by breath. The Digital Auto-Trak algorithm detects the onset of inspiration and exhalation for a more natural feel.
• SmartRamp: increases pressure only if an event occurs. Traditional ramp is also available.
• Mask Fit Check: shows whether leaks are detected and updates on screen as you adjust your mask.
• Auto On/Off: starts therapy when you put your mask on and stops when you take it off.

Heated humidifier and heated tube
The integrated heated humidifier delivers your chosen level of humidification through the night. Dry box technology helps reduce the chance of water entering the machine. Choose from:

• Standard mode: constant heat, with humidifier and heated tube each adjustable from 0 (off) to 5 (highest).
• Adaptive mode: monitors ambient humidity and adjusts heat automatically overnight.
• Fixed mode: constant heat on the humidifier plate.
• Preheat: warms the humidifier up to 30 minutes before therapy begins.

The DreamStation Heated Tube helps maintain the temperature of the air delivered to you, reducing rainout even if the room cools overnight. If you’re not using the humidifier, the tube can connect directly to the machine, though it won’t heat.

Easy to use
A large navigation dial and a bright front-facing display with simple menus, icons and labels make settings easy to change. An ambient light sensor adjusts display brightness to the room. The on-screen menu also shows advanced data, including AHI, periodic breathing, leak rate and therapy hours, as well as the pressure the machine was at or below 90% of the time.

Stay connected with DreamMapper
Built-in Bluetooth and an SD data card let the machine send your sleep data to DreamMapper, a free mobile and web app for iOS and Android. It offers motivational alerts, troubleshooting advice and educational content to help you take an active role in your therapy.
